Det er ikke nødvendig å kjøpe noen lærebøker i dette emnet. NTNU anbefaler boka &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Introduction to Nanoscience &amp;amp; Nanotechnology&amp;#039;&amp;#039; av Hornyak, Dutta, Tibbals og Moore til faget. Boka er imidlertid overhodet ikke nødvendig for dette emnet. Likevel kjøper mange denne fordi den er et godt nanoteknologi-oppslagsverk og ser fin ut i bokhylla (den er imponerende stor og tung).&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Undervisningen omfatter en analyse av problemstillinger som har anvendelse innen forskjellige områder som nanomaterialer, bionanoteknologi, nanoelektronikk. Det vil bli lagt vekt på å identifisere felles teknologier av betydning for å forstå mulighetene ved nanoteknologi. Videre vil en innføring i HMS og etiske spørsmål knyttet til nanoteknologi bli diskutert.&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
